Set 1: Stuart Gerber
Set 2: Kerem Ergener
Stuart Gerber will use simple percussion instruments to explore the sound of a space. Drums, gongs, wood blocks, and objects use rhythm, reverberation, and vibration to reveal a room's frequencies and resonances. Music by Sarah Hennies, Alvin Lucier, James Tenney, and Stuart Gerber will be used to map and explore Eyedrum sonically—turning the space itself into an instrument.
Kerem Ergener creates a minimal/glitch live-coding set where code shapes sound in real time. Clear pulses, brittle textures, and tribal rhythms open into steady grooves. Industrial shades meet clean lines, micro-variations, sparse grids, and patient repetition shifts by slowly until the whole space tilts. Sonic artist Kerem Ergener’s work invites you to lean into the quiet pressure. Clinical yet intimate and steadily intensifying, like machinery breathing in slow time.
