Musicians & Movers: Workshop Session III

June 4th | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

This is the final workshop session of the Musicians & Movers series before our live performance. This master class provides a space for artists to work together to explore and refine the relationships between movement and sound. We invite both musicians and dancers to join this community-based platform for a final evening of improvisational exercises and collaborative study.

Workshop admission is $25 or $20 for Musicians & Movers members.

About the Organizer

Luciana Arias is an experimental artist who works in the interrelation of the arts, sound, visual creation, and staging. Born in Buenos Aires, she studied Choreographic Composition at the National University of the Arts. Her research in movement and video-dance has been presented in international exhibitions and festivals across Argentina and the United States. She has been a Butoh dance practitioner since 2010 and teaches composition and improvisation in Atlanta, Georgia.
