Angela Winter creates ambient, experimental, and ritual music for thresholds, where synths, keys, and strings meet otherworldly vocals, hypnotic drones, and shimmering overtones. Her music has been described as “beautifully haunting” (Bandcamp Daily) and featured in First Floor by Shawn Reynaldo, zensounds by Stephan Kunze, and The Moderns by Kevin Press. She lives in Carrboro, North Carolina, and in addition to her own shows and festival performances, she has shared stages with Norman Westberg (Swans) and John Cale (The Velvet Underground). Her live performances invite audiences to join in collective rituals of letting go and lucid dreaming.
Plus a duet of Dylan Mantione (vibrphone) and Aaron Kruziki (woodwinds)
