Ain’t No Party, an installation by Candice Greathouse, creates an atmospheric party environment anchored in personal and collective experience. Fascinated by the preparation, anticipation, and decoration of common events such as birthday parties, grade school dances, and holiday gatherings, the artist conceptually reimagines these experiences and channels the “magic of the moment” outside its original context.
