Online Music Archives
Eyedrum currently offers three ways to hear recordings of live performances:
- the Eyedrum Archive monthly show on WREK (first Sunday of month at 7pm-9pm)
- the Eyedrum Archive monthly podcast
- the Eyedrum collection of CD releases
See below for more information about these options.
Eyedrum records most performances at Eyedrum, and in fact make those recordings
available to performers. If you are performing at Eyedrum, be sure to let the
sound guy know BEFORE your show that you'd like a copy of the board recording.
Ask for the sheet that explains our offerings.

the Eyedrum Archive radio show on WREK
On the first Sunday of every month, at 7 p.m., Eyedrum does a show on WREK
(91.1 FM / www.wrek.org) that features nuggets
from Eyedrum's archive of live performances. If you're in Atlanta, tune into
WREK to hear the joy; if you're outside of Atlanta, use WREK's live internet stream
to tune in from anywhere in the world.
After the show airs "live", you can listen to it via
WREK's 7-day archive
if you forget to tune in. Here are the direct links to the show:
lo-fi or
hi-fi).
Note that that time slot (Sunday 7pm-9pm) only has Eyedrum goodness in it on the first
Sunday of the month -- later in the month, what you'll here if you click on the lo-fi/hi-fi links
above is simply another WREK show.

But wait, there's more!
We now have a podcast

for those of you who have discovered podcasting. You can also just
download the whole show -- go to our home page and click on the first Sunday event in the calendar
to get to the download link there. Detailed information about what we played can be found in our
calendar on the most recent first Sunday of the month.
